Sergio Benavides, owner of Law Office of Sergio H. Benavides, is a Criminal Defense and Immigration Attorney in the Bay Area, In June, 2013, Sergio was certified as a Criminal Law Specialist, by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Sergio has a Master in Education from Antioch University – Seattle and his law degree from the University of San Francisco- School of Law. In 2013 he was certified by the State Bar of California as a Criminal Law Specialist. He opened his current private practice in January, 2014, but prior to that spent over 6 years as a Public Defender in Fresno County and has conducted numerous Misdemeanor and Felony Trials.
